An amount of rs. 588.82 was deducted from my account on 23rd november.

From the statement:
23/11/2017 dcardfee7239nov17-oct18+gst dr. 588.82

I dont know why this amount is being deducted without any intimation or information. This sounds to be illegal.
I have been a customer for more than 10 years.

I have saving acccount in ICICI bank i applied twice for credit card and both time its got rejected i asked 10 12 times for the reason but no 1 is helping even when i called to customer service they are asking for application no. And that executive are not providing me the same so what should i suppose to do.
