[Resolved] ICICI Bank — DD not issuing for Personal Loan Balance Transfer

Did balance transfer from HDFC to ICICI. The bank person didn't even ask for the completed EMI's in HDFC and provided DD with an expiry date of one month. As I have to complete 12 EMI's of HDFC bank, the DD got expired and I submitted it to the Bommanahalli Hosur Road ICICI bank. Its been two months and now I am paying EMI's for two personal Loans. The person from ICICI bank keeps on telling like within 2 days, the DD will be received and now its two months.
