ICICI Bank — Deactivate One Assist Plan of ICICI Bank

Hi,

I've got back to back irritated calls from ICICI regarding the cpp plan, and they said it is mandatory and default for every card holder and they deducted 1899 from ICICI account, I come to know that I have cheated by them, and seriously I'm not interested in opting for this plan, please deactivate and return my money ASAP, seriously not interested...

I wanted to transfer money from my icici to uco bank through imps..but my two transactions got timed out at beneficiary bank which it is telling.what should i do because my uco bank is not credited.

Date of incident : 5th april 2017

I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

One assist से कोल करके आप ने हमे कहा कि हर debit card धारक को ये सर्विस एक्टिवेट करवानी हे।
और हमारी बेंक से इंफॉर्मेशन मीलती हे की ये जीसे करवाना हे वही करवाये। हर कार्ड धारक के लीए फरजीयात नही हे।

तो आप ने हमे झुठ बोला आप ने हम से froud कीया ।
इसलिए मुझे ये सर्विस नही चाहिए ।

I too have the same problem. I have a debit amount of 1399 through oneassist which is done without my permission. Please take action ASAP.
