[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — debit card fees charged twice

Hi

My old debit card was going to expire in september 2017 and it was broken also, so i decided to block that card before it expires.

I applied for a new unifare debit card and a debit transaction of rs 299.00 + 26.91 + 26.91 with title 'unifare mmrc platinum jfee' took place, which as the name suggests is the joining fees of the card. This fee is okay with me.

The issue is that after 11 days from the above transaction another debit transaction of rs. 352.82 with title 'dcardfee*sep17-aug18+gst' took place. This amount is the same as the earlier amount debited.

So, i want to know that why am i being charged twice. The fee in the second transactions should have ideally been charged in the september 2018, not right now.

Also, it is clearly mentioned on the icici website that the joining fee would be charged at the beginning (Which is okay) and the annual fee is charged from 2nd year onwards (Not okay).

Please look into this. I want this solved at the earliest.

This is regards to the online fraud transaction happened with my debit card. There were four transactions made through my card on 6th Aug 2017. With transaction amount as 5000, 9000, 9000 and 9000 at Pay u and Pay Checkout without any consent. There were no OTP's requested on any of the above transaction. A complaint ID SR[protected] with ICICI bank
Dear, sir/mam I have made paymentof Rs4545 for nios D.el.ed admission on 23/9/17 through icici eazypay using debit card 510xx8889.Though the amount has been deducted from my a/c on POS[protected] but till now nios system denies the payment.so it is for your kind information to take necessary action in this regard.
