The number registered with my icici account is an old phone number of mine which i don't have anymore. I have moved to the usa and not likely to return to india any time sooner and i also don't intend to convert my existing icici account to an nri account. I need to update my contact number in my account to facilitate online transaction at the earliest. Please help.

Who resolved it??? Nobody called me from the bank and received not even a mail regarding my problem registered here from the bank. How come the complaint shows resolved?

My complaint remains unresolved and unattended. How come you(whoever concerned) mark it as resolved. Notification to the ICICI bank customer support does not resolve the issue. It remains open and unresolved as long as I do not receive a call or mail providing a solution to the problem in hand.
How long does it take to address a customer issue? I have been waiting forever to find a solution to my problem. Please ICICI, kindly help me. Customer friendly is what every brand advertises and if we expect it I don't think we are doing anything wrong.

    Hello,

    Please take some action against icici bank as they are deducting money from my account from last 1 year and that too with out intimating me as per rbi guidelines.

    My account number last 4 number is *4147

    I have always maintained minimum balance and still they are deducting money on a monthly basis from last one year

    Icici bank is fraud.

      I am an larsen and toubro limited employee holding salary account in icici bank l&t manapakkam branch. My account no is[protected]. Today i noticed rs. 826 have been charged on 26.09.17 as dp charges. Let me make it clear that while opening demat account i was assured that no annual or account opening fees will be levied but now u have cheated and charged. Kindly reverse these charges at the earliest else i will have to close both my saving and demat account with you.

        Hi, icici manager team,

        I want to know what is the dcardfee that has been deducted from my icici savings account.

        While browsing the consumer court site, i can see numerous such instances. This is a clear case of loot that icici bank is doing on its customers. Any kind of fee or service charges should be clear and transparent to the customers.

        I want a clear explanation to this and also any other kind of such loots that might be imposed in future.

        I want my money to be credited into my a/c which they have deducted from my saving a/c

          I have a fast tag and cross the badarpur border in delhi on my way to faridabad for which the toll is rs 38/- per day valid for 24 hrs. The fast tag usually works well and an amount of rs 25/- and rs 13/- gets deducted everyday. However there are several times that the system keeps deducting rs 25/- for every trip. Several complaints made on the customer care of icici have not helped except piling up of complaint numbers. They do not even have an e mail id for the fast tag customers where complaints can be lodged. Making a complaint on phone takes forever and the same explanation has to be given every time.

          Would appreciate if this could be looked into urgently as there is a monetary loss happening.

            I am facing issue of correcation in name on my account, my name in account is spelled as wadakar and my actual name where all my documents are wadkar.in this regards icici bank staff needs gazette copy but as per my understanding gazette copy is provided as and only when there is change in name but here i just want to correct my account name for this little correction they need gazette copy, which seems to be funny whereas in other public and co-operative banks they dont need gazete in such case.in this world of digitalisation please grow up and stop harassing. Hope i will receive some positive revert.

              Hi team,

              We submitted pan card and aadhar card six months back for linking with my father's account in icici bank. My father's second name spelling is "shishodia", whereas it is mentioned as "sishodia" in the account. While sumitting the documents, we asked several times whether the surname spelling mismatch would create a problem, but the bank officials said its not a problem, and they didnt guide us for the correction procedure. Just few days back, we got to know that only the pan card details got linked whereas aadhar was yet not linked. I tried linking aadhar with this account but because of mismatch in letters, it doesn't update.
              Either the bank should update the correction in spelling, or it should link aadhar the way it has updated pan card with the correct spelling name.

                These transactions are fraud...
                I have never initiated these transactions...
                Upon expiry of old credit card validity i recently received new credit card having same number at my residence... I am still awaiting for pin of this new card...

                  Your sales person told me while opening the account that it is absolutely free, but today i came to know that from my icici account, 59 rs. Deducted (Dmc/[protected]/dp chgs till aug-17) from my icici savings account.

                  It is kind of cheating your customer which is shame for company like you. Refund it urgently or else i will share this grievance to appellate authority too.

                    I received a message from icici bank on 26/09/2017 @ 9.33 am saying by card has been temporarily blocked for security reasons be patience our representative will assist you shortly to unblock your debit card. I received a call from a guy claiming to be from icici bank. The person had all my details, like address, where i work, my debit card number etc. Within 15 minutes 3 fraudulent transactions were made using my debit card accounting to total of rs.23000/-.

                    How did this person get all my details?

                                Hi sir,

                                My name is venkeswara rao.

                                Few days back i applied for load. Loan department persons called me and tell that we are giving 13% rate of interest and total processing fee is giving back. And there are no hidden extra charges. They tell like this.

                                Then i said ok and send me confirmation mail.
                                But they sanctioned load amount without any confirmation call with 13.5 % rate of interest and also they charged some extra amount. Without any proper documents submission and without confirmation call/mail how they sanctioned loan amount.
                                I am not agreed to this. I said i am ok with 13% without any extra charges. But they sanctioned 13.5 % rate of interest without any confirmation.
                                Please take serious action to this and cancel my load amount.
                                I am not interested any more to take. I want to proceed on this legally.

                                  My mobile number is receiving transaction alerts but cannot receive any otps or use the mobile app or even generate a pin for my new account because i get the message that my mobile number is not registered. The branch says to contact customer care and of course the customer care prompts require you to input your debit card pin which i cannot generate. Why am i getting tranaction alerts but also the message that my mobile is not registered on net banking?

                                  Please resolve this asap. I have already mailed the care email but please get back to me urgently at fernandosdesign (At) gmail (Dot) com

                                    I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-17.

                                    When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. This is a fraud case...
