My icici a/c[protected] has been frozen but the bank has charged me rs 1571 from one of my trading accounts with sharekhan without any notice a few days back.

How can the bank start charging like this and that too from a trading account without my permission?

This used to be my salaried account long time back and i have not used it ever since (About 7 years). Now all of a sudden it pulls my funds from a completely different trading platform i. E. Sharekhan.

This is complete intrusion and a violation of trust with the company. I request this to be taken up since it is not so much about the money as it is about ethics.

    Hi,

    My actual available credit limit is 8531, however with no transaction reported after 23rd september its showing false credit limit as 1857.
    Even i checked the statement no transaction got reported.
    Is this some kind of fraud or the technical error?
    This is a huge technical glitch.
    Please investigate and refund the credit.

      Hi cmssupport,

      I have made two transactions on 01-july-2017 via hdfc netbanking. The first one being unsuccessful and i made another transaction which was successful.
      From the information i received from both my hdfc customer support and citruspay support is that the first transaction is successful from their end. But the over all result is unsuccessful. I have sent email to [protected]@icicibank.com multiple times but have not received any response.
      Please help me sort this out.

        This is regards to account maintenance charge being applied to my savings account. Due to some financial situation, i wasn't able to maintain the minimum balance required to maintain the account, i could have very well chosen not to use their services anymore but instead, i chose to use it and guess what, they charged me 7k for not maintaining account balance.

        I haven't used any of there services atm, online banking or anything else but as soon as i deposited the money, they deducted all of it. How shameful is this bank, to take away people's hard earned money to satisfy their terms?

        I am highly disappointed since i am being their customer for last 8 years now. I am not sure if the money will be refunded but i hope this falls plea falls on some important ears.

            This is khushboo jaiswal from delhi. My father had invested two multiplier bond on 28/04/1999.
            Bondholder number - 5397962
            Bondholder number - 5397964
            Each with a face value of rs.4700/-
            The above mentioned bonds matured on 28/04/2017 and the total maturity (From two bonds altogether) amounts to around rs.50, 000 each. But after investment, i did not yet receive any instruction regarding this bond, even after completing 15 years. I dont find any place to surrender my bonds and get back my money.
            I therefore request you to help me in this regard so that i can get back my money at the earliest.

              This is manoj jaiswal and my mobile number is [protected] and i am citizen of delhi, from last one or two years i am getting harrased from the icici bank recovery team for the amount taken by mr. Hansraj jaiswal "my uncle" who is not with us for last 4 years and even no more. I shared his & his famiy number which was with us so many times but they guys didn't understand and call me on my mobile number to enquired about him. Actually they guys don't know how to talk to the customer and they just know how to insult any person even though he doesn't belongs to that case.

              Today i. E. 25-september-2017 "timing - 01:41 pm" i received the call from landline number[protected] regarding the same and as informed the recovery team earlier, that he is my uncle and he is no more then she suddenly got hyper and got arrogant which is not at all acceptable from the brand.

              Now, i just want that this team will not call me again and file a case against him.

                  I have applied for a personal loan for icici through paisa bazar ref no. [protected]. Bank personal from icici adyar came for the document collection. I have given whichever document asked. Up to the 5th day, i didn't get any information, then i called up, they were telling my rental agreement for my address proof is not sufficient. The told to take hr letter from the company for adress proof. I have submitted the hr letter through email (Chennai. [protected]@finnexbspl.com). Then they were telling, they will start to process my loan. After that, i began to call for confirmation. Every time i called them they told my application is in process. But today[protected], when i call them again they were telling my hr letter is not sufficient. After wasting about two weeks they are telling they can't process the loan. They literally pissed me off with their incompetence and negligence. They told they will try to process again. But i told them to cancel the process. If they had the decency to inform me beforehand about the matter i would have been okay. But their negligence cost me two weeks.

                      I had submitted the amount of 19990 for my credit card payment in my icici a/c from my another bank a/c. But when i started making payment for the same then i got the message of insufficiant balance+ i didn't got any message/mail regarding this deduction. So now i want my money back as icici should have intimated me for any such charges deduction if it was applicable on my a/c from the last 2, 3 years and the same has to be deducted from the time of any policy/ condition lapse. I was a very trustworthy customer who was make all the cc payments before time, but now i am loosing faith in this bank and would surely close all its services with cc if such a disgusting issue not resolved timely.

                        Thanks but this kind of reply I am getting since Day 1. Your officials calls up and then they handover the issue again to the Branch Manager and Regional Officer who are least bothered to reply.

                            Hello i am namdev bhoye having icici bank account at lonavala with atm card on last 6 th september 3 transactions (20000+20000+10000) happened on my atm card with no sms alert then next day on 7 th september another two transactions (25023.6+25023.6) (Including extra transaction charges and gst) happened at 3.18 am in night but got sms alert then immediately i got my debit card blocked so that no further balance amount should loss then i filed complaint sr[protected] for this submitting scanned docs online also police complaint launched at local police station today i got email from complaint department that my request had been closed as the last two transactions amount 50047.3 can not be reversed as pin varified transactions as per lost card policy here i made complaint for 5 transactions they not mentioned about earlier 3 transactions (50000) also my debit card is not lost, i got blocked in local bank showing them and with me now please help me how to get my complaint resolved or got my money reversed or where to go further (Before going to consumer court) for any additional information please contact me on [protected] or email id - [protected]@gmail.com

                              I had moved to usa in the month of june and give authority letter to my wife for visiting icici warje pune branch to update my usa mobile number as i was not aware of the process of form n all.

                              To my surprise when my wife went to the branch and talked the official with that authority document he shouted at her and threw the authority letter on the floor and said what is this.. This will not work. We felt really bad with that behavior from icici official person with my wife.

                              My wife left from the branch by updating mobile number for her account which actually again needs to change as my wife has also moved in june

                              That day actually i decided to stop all relationships with icici including shares, mutual funds all of our accounts. But since i am in usa i am continuing it but can not use account for transactions due to otp issue.

                              The problem is still there and there is no easy way I can use OTP on my international number which is really surprising. I have suffered a lot due to this.

                                I received call from [protected] and [protected] on 18 apr 2017, this company icici bank called me and told that they are calling from hdfc bank credit card and they are sending me gifts packs & offers like discount deals cards etc etc so to activate the same, to get and activate the offers, but i told that i am not ready to make any payments just now, but let me check first what they wanted me to offer and later let me confirm this. They told ok its not a problem then they asked me to make payment from eazy pay and 8250 amount got deducted from my credit card. This is totally a blunt cheat. Please help me get my money back and put these people behind the bars.

                                On 18.04.2017 i received a call from fraud icici credit card team (Numbers mentioned at the bottom) regarding the reward points redemption of icici credit card. They informed me that your reward points are equivalent to 7, 738.00 and will expire soon. You suppose to redeem it as soon as possible.

                                However, i told them that i am not ready to redeem it. But, for just now let me check first what they wanted me to offer and later let me confirm this. They told ok its not a problem then they asked me to make payment from paytm application and 7, 738 amount got deducted from my credit card. This is totally a blunt cheat. Please help me get my money back and put these people behind the bars.

                                  I received a call on 23/09/17 17:15 hrs from a lady saying that she is from icici bank credit card department and they want to redeem my lapsed reward points. She was looking a real professional employee and started asking about the credit card details. I answered with credit card number, expiry date and brand of credit card. Then she asked about the cvv number by asking the level of card. She was saying that "turn your card and tell me the 7 digit completely, which is your card level". That time i realised that it is a fraud call. Then she told i will receive a confirmation sms and i have to tell the reference number in that to a senior rep, who will call me later on for final confirmation. I stopped the call there.

                                    An employee of icici bank ms. Amarpreet kaur had made a visit at our shop at shree balaji enterprises, chownk charkhian jagraon and asked for opening a bank account in icici. With agrred terms and conditions we agree to open an account. Howuever, later on due to shut down of our business we approached ms. Amarpreet to cancel our request for opening our bank account but she didnt returned our documents. On every visit she asked us to come again and last time when we visited the bank i. E. On 21 september 2017 we were informed that she had been transfered from jagraon branch to hambaran branch and contact number of her given by another employee of your bank is not reachable. Please make sure that we can get possession of our documents asap.

                                    Registration of vat
                                    Blank cheque

                                      Address: Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

                                      Hi, i am out of india and got the message from icici that they are sending the new debit card to my address where currently not living. I tried to chenge the address online but when clicking on update link in fron t of address getting the message "this service is currently unavailable".
                                      Kindly help me out in updating the address and also since currently i am not in india can my brother collect the new debit card.
                                      Also kindly let me know how i can change the mobile no. As i am out of india.

                                        Hi team,

                                        I had received a call for credit card from heena shaikh, she picked my documents for credit card & give her cell no. For status. But still now she didn't respond my cell no. From last 2 weeks.

                                        So request you to check & revert to me as soon as possible.
