[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Debit card not delivered since a month | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Its really a great experience to bank with the leading private sector bank of India. It gives me immense pleasure to share my experience that I have paid in advance for getting a debit card which I was offered, Its been more then a month with none of my fault and I have to chase the same to get it delivered at my place. now I am getting an order from you to call the great and exclusive premiere customer service to get my debit card redirected to my very own address. Do I think it is my bad luck or the level of employees fielded by a great institution of Mr. K.V. Kamath followed by Ms. Chanda Kochar. Thanks a lot for your valuable time and service, a great salute and I will chase my card as directed by you, A very Big thank you again, I am really obliged for your valuable time for a small customer like me.
