ICICI Bank — debit card not detecting in most machines

Dear sir/madam,
I have bought one expression debit card for rs.500 when my old debit card is not detecting by most of the machines. Within one and half yrs my new expression debit card also performs the same. My cards are well maintained and its not in damaged condition. So i dnt think i have to pay again for another one. My icici account number is[protected]. Kindly do the further to replace the existing one.
