I am writing this form Goa, My complaint is on 20/2/16 I had mad a Debit card Purchase From “Baron showroom “ in 18 June road the amount was Rs 1184.00 .After swiping my card and entering the pin code the message came as decline and the cashier told me that the card is not working ( The transaction code - VPS/BARON/[protected]/0) .then I paid cash immediately the same time I got the massage immediately on my mobile as cash purchase made of the same amount .Then I had told the cashier that the money was deducted from my account .
The cashier told me that they have not received the money and within 8 working days the bank will credit back the money in my account she also told me that this is happening for lot of customers and they got the money back.
I had checked my account now and understand that the money is still not credited in my account .Please help me in getting this money back. Was this information helpful? |
