I have placed a request to upgrade my debit card on 24 Feb 2015. Service request number:
SR[protected]. It has been more than a week that you debited the charges from my bank account.I am still waiting to know what happened to my request. Neither I got any text nor I have been contacted by anyone.Also I unable to see anything under 'Track Service Request' when I login to my Internet bsnking.
