[Resolved] ICICI Bank — debit card transaction unknowingly | |||
I have icici bank saving account. Without my knowledge debited 10, 000 rupees from account (5 transaction). I haven't received otp as well haven't created 3d secure pin. This transaction done by 29th july 2018 but i got sms 29thjuly2018 (Dear customer txn of inr 2, 000.00 done via debit card of acct. Xx5914 on 30-jul-2018) after received this message i called customer care they were telling that transaction done by second authentication (3d secured pin) and they told to me file fir in cyber crime). I have filed fir in crime and sent acknowledgement to icici customer care. They investigated and concluded transaction done by second authentication (3d secured pin) closed ticket. Still i don't how 3d secured pin created without my knowledge. I'm afraid keep money into my icici bank this may will occur again. I'm very unhappy with icici bank services.
