[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — debit for failed transaction

My account got debited for the failed transaction through tej application. It showing failed in tej application.
Account in icici bank chandigarh.
Amt dr is 500.
Acct[protected].
Mobile number
[protected]
Amount didn't reach recipient and failed.
But my account got debited with rs 500 on 8 nov 2017.
Please help in getting my money back.
