ICICI Bank — debit frozen account

I am currently travelling outside india. I was not given any intimation that i need to update my kyc on my reimbursement account which is associated with my savings account. The savings account also has aadhar linked to it.

I called up customer care and they have no clue why a kyc is still required and advised to reach branch manager and the branch manager do not pick the phone call at all. I have tried from abroad to india multiple times.

I have money in my account and a relative in hospital that have to pay for hospital and icici only says we understand your pain but please talk to manager who do not pick the call.
