ICICI Bank — Debit rs 10, 000 but i was not received it in axis bank atm

My name is jeet singh My icici A/C No is[protected] and ifsc code is 0001825 Branch S.D.A Development Area c-18 safdarjung New Delhi 1100161 There is Rs.10, 000 Debit without withdraw My account on 08/ feb /2016 at 01:22pm. I was tying to withdraw rs 1000 on axis bank atm but i did not receive it and less rs 10, 000 immediate i did the complaint in icici customarcare for resolve it but after 07 days it has been closed and transaction is successful i went to icici bank sec-18 noida branch but no any response give me and again i did the complaint to icici care and he told me after 17 days will your complaint closed and final result. complaint no is SR[protected]. please help me and resolve it.
