My self Dhiraj Ambapkar, would like to complaint against recovery agents of ICICI bank, they are calling from the landline number[protected] to my Office direct line numbers randomly and using harsh language and are harassing the office staff. the name of the Agent is Mr. Durgesh to whom i spoke and tried to negotiate to settle my credit card dues which are 10 years old. They are not ready to negotiate and asking me to pay the dues along with the interest of 10 years. I asked them to send me the outstanding statement and some proof that they are calling on behalf of ICICI bank, but they are not ready to provide any documents. Request you to take action against them, they said their office is at Andheri East, MIDC.

    I send mail to branch manager but not revert for last 3 days.
    I have not applied for debit card but still branch office says that the have application for debit card bearing my signature, after going through application for, I noticed the signature on the form is forged, the sign is different further bank has debited debit card charges from my account amounting of rs-571/-, further I want to know that how come Someone can forge my signature and bank does not verify it and issue such debit card, it's a lope hole at the bank end which can cause frauds and damages to their valuable customers.

      I have requested for a change my EMI date and from every month of 15th to 1st of every month and they said it will take minimum of 2 month and without giving any further intimation they have changed within a month and on second of this month i have received a call stating that i havn't had a sufficient balance in my account and i spoke with them very clearly sir this what happened and they said ok we will till 15th since the mistake is from our end and on 6th feb 2016 i have transfer the amount of 49800 to pay for my credit card they have blocked and charged a lien amount against the emi and when i called and spoke with cust care people saying that the date was from 1st feb even without any prior message or email send to me saying that the EMI date as changed i fought with them and they have final transfer to some other dept and after this happened again i got a call from icici people saying that still the amount haven't been payed for EMI and i told him that this is what happened and they are saying that this not our problem you have to pay EMI on so and so date and saying that and keep on calling me and disturbing my sleep, since i work in shift and i have explained to bank people.. i need a justice on his if not then i have to move legally and i have request for a document of date change they are denying. i need you to take necessary action against this

            First of all i was informed i will not be charged for joining fee. Next year i will be charged for 500 ruppes .. then why this statement ????

            Bank has started cheating customer ??

            Please Ask bank to check my call record during card upgradation ?

            I will not pay any amount to you. Register my complaint complaints u say something an do something

            Cancel this card i dont want it now. And i will not pay anything.

              I am new to ICICI (and to Indian banking) but this sounds crazy that they charged me Rs. 100 for paying my credit card bill in one of their branches.
              They tell me that is is per their books, but then the books need to be re-written.

                This is to inform you that someone has used my credit card fraudulently on[protected] at 11:01 am made a payment of rs 4981/- at VODAFONE BILL DESK. & at 11:03 made a payment of rs. 4800/- at AIRTELMONE
                This is a humble request to cancel the fraud transaction of rs 4981/- & RS. 4800/- refund the amount ASAP.
                sir, a call received from no.+91 [protected] today at 10.54 am asking my icici Bank Credit Card details like card no., date of expiry etc stating that he is calling from icici bank credit Card section for exchanging rewards points to be credited to my account and rs.4981/- was debited to my icici bank card no.xxxx xxxx xxxx 9001. Kindly stop the transaction and do not remit the amount to the person.

                  6 Fraud transactions has been made from my account to purchase made in various online site like BookMyShow.com, Snapdeal and Vodafone in a span of 2 mins, and the best thing is that it dint asked for any OTP/Password infact ICICI has one more level of security that is Grid.

                  so my question is how the Fraudsters were able to do this, there is definitely a loop hole in ICICI Banking system.

                  How can i get my money back??i have raised a complaint with ICICI wide no SR[protected] that they say will be address within 48 hrs.
                  they will investigate and come back to a conclusion, whatever is it i need my money back.please help.

                      I have a car loan with ICICI Bank: Loan account number: LABNG[protected]

                      During the time of processing the loan the executive had told me that I can preclose the loan only after 1 year anytime without any preclosure charges. And If I foreclose before 1 year I need to pay 3% charges on remaining principal.

                      I have now completed 1 year 10 months. and when I visited the bank for preclosure, they are charging me 9770/- extra as foreclosure charges at a rate of 5% on the outstanding principal amount. When requested them to wave off or give some concession on the amount. they replied me rudely saying there is no commitment as such in sanction letter and they can not waive-off the charges.

                      Being ICICI bank customer for more than 12 years.(savings/dmat/home loan) this as hurt me a lot. Now I am worried on the additional charges. Request you to help me in this regard.

                        Subject : Complain against ICICI Bank Credit Card Department.
                        ( After 8 years, Rs 22 thousand deducted from my ICICI Bank Personal account )
                        Dear Sir,
                        I am Deepak Choudhary residing in Jaipur for last 10 years in Nirman Nagar, Jaipur. My Native place is kota . This letter is for Complain against ICICI bank, Credit Card department. After 8 years they deducted Rs 22 thousand from my personal saving bank account.
                        Brief Story behind the matter :
                        In year 2006, I was working a Area Sales Manager in GE Money, Kota, where One of the Sales Executive of ICICI Bank approached me to take Credit card. I agreed upon it and all the related formalities were done. ICICI Credit card with number [protected] was issued to me . I received it and started using it from 9th Jan 2006 .
                        Everything went smooth for initial 5 month that is for month of Jan 06, Feb06, March 06, April 06 and May 06, I used to get the bill and had made the payment accordingly with all late fee and penalties imposed on it.
                        One Fine morning, In June 2006, I received one Envelop from ICICI Bank by some Courier Company, I received it & opened it, Envelop was having ICICI Lombard Policy Health Insurance named ICICI Lombard Health Care. Policy Certificate no was 4034/FNP/00818612/00/000 & Period of Insurance was for two yrs from 25 may 2006 to 24 may 2006 and renewable to 24 may 2008.
                        As I have not asked anyone for any policy, So I called up to that ICICI Bank executive who has done the formalities of my card, but Fortunately / Unfortunately there was no response from his number. I went to ICICI Bank Branch in Credit card section and had discussion with them. After a hour time, Branch manager of ICICI, after checking & having words with some of the senior officials, he reverted that I have given telephonic consent over a phone to their Customer Care department, So they have issued the policy. I argued that I haven’t ordered or I haven’t given consent to any phone call for such Policy to anyone.
                        They referred me to ICICI Lombard department, there again I had a discussion with them. They pressurised me and insisted to keep the policy by saying that they have a official recording in which it is crearly mentioned that I had given the Consent to issue the Policy. But I didn’t agreed upon it, As I was very much confident that I have not given any consent, So I asked them to show me and provide me the proof of recordings. Branch Official requested me to call to ICICI Lombard call center from their branch . I called up and again explain the matter to Customer Care Officials.
                        Both Customer Care Official and Branch official assured me to provide the proof soon. Time given at there end was a month as there headoffice and Customer care dept is in Mumbai. Simultaneously they asked me to submit the Original Policy and application mentioning all the details in it, So they can take the action or can process the things. I submitted the Original ICICI Lombard policy to Bank officials and kept photocopy of same with me .
                        Meanwhile, I received the Credit Card Statement in which EMI Principal, EMI Interest, Service Tax, Service Charges were imposed. I again went to ICICI Branch Credit card department, but there were all new faces and no one was aware of my matter. I called up to Customer Care department and told them about the Statement. They requested me to keep the patience and ignore the statement by saying that these are all system generated Statements. They assured me that my request is under process and soon I will get the solution of it. I was regularly following up matter, But every time I got the same revert that things are under process and will take some more time. Month of June and July were Crossed but there was not Solution of it .

                        Meanwhile Branch official & Collection team suggested me to make payment of the amount / expenses which I had incurred and done, I agreed upon it and made the payment accordingly.
                        In July 06, I made payment of Rs 3568,
                        In Aug 06, I made the payment of Rs 1915.
                        I interacted again and again with ICICI Lombard official and Customer care department in Sept 06 and Oct 2006, But no result of it. I was not getting any revert & solution of my problem.
                        As branch official & Collection team guided me to make payment against my incurred expenses, So I made it accordingly. In 14th Nov 2006, I made payment of Rs 16031.
                        Dec 06 and Jan 2007 passed away, but there was no solution of my problem.
                        But in Feb 2007, when I received the Credit card statement, I was literally Shocked. The amount of EMI Principal, EMI Interest, Service Tax, Service Charges were between 5, 000 to 6, 000.
                        In previous statement amount use to be between 500 to 600. I went to branch to surrender the Credit card, but they asked to pay the entire balance .
                        I approached every one, I contacted Jaipur ICICI headoffice, Customer care officials and every one, But from every one, I got the same answer that your Complain is under process. Again Branch Official and Collection team suggested me to make payment of expenses incurred by me and not to use this Credit card in future . As all suggested me and assured me that this was the only solution of my problem, So I did it.
                        I destroyed the card and submitted to Credit card team and regional Collection team, I made the final payment of Rs 6268 .
                        After this closure I got Statement of next month ie June2007, I again informed the officials that I have received the statement and matter is not yet closed. They assured me that from next month onwards, I will not get the statement. Same thing happened, I didn’t received any statement after that month. I was in Impression and much relaxed that case is closed .
                        After a year, I got a notice from some advocate in year 2008, He called me up and started threatening to make the payment . But when I briefed him about the case, he was polite to me and reverted that he will check out the matter and will revert back.
                        After 5-6 months, I again got a call from someone from Advocate team, He said that he had a discussion with Bank officials and they have suggested him to Settle done the case, by depositing 25 % to 30 % of outstanding amount that is I have to pay Rs 5000 and bank will issue me Settlement Letter and will issue Non Dues letter of Credit Card. But, as I was confident that I haven’t asked for the policy so why should I pay for it. It was Bank officials mistake that they had issued me this policy without my consent and till date bank is not able to show the proof of my consent. I also added that I will make entire payment of Rs 22 thousand to ICICI Bank, If they will provide me the proof of my consent. After having lot of argument, I didn’t agreed upon it, as I was aware of it that bank is simply compelling me to make the payment of policy which I have not asked for.
                        After that Incident and Argument, No one approached me either from Credit card department nor from Collection Department or Advocate team.
                        Six years passed up, no call from them, I was in 100% Sure that problem is resolved and matter is closed.
                        Meanwhile, I took many loans small as well as big loans upto 50-60 lakhs from HDFC, LIC, Bajaj Finance, Kotak mahendra etc Every body checked my CIBIL record, There was nothing like any outstanding amount for Credit card . My repayment and my track record was very smooth and very Good, Not a Singh EMI Bouncing for last 7-8 years..
                        In year 2015, One newly appointed Executive in ICICI Bank, Nirman nagar, Jaipur branch approached me and requested me to open a account in their Nirman Nagar branch, I agreed upon it and did all the formalities for bank account.
                        After a month around, Branch manager of Nirman Nagar ICICI Bank called me to branch and enquired me about this Credit Card matter . I told her each and every thing. But I was really shocked that the matter was still open . She was convinced and said that she will do the needful.
                        Two months passed on, In April 2015, I received a letter from Bank that they have marked a lien on my bank account. I took that letter to Branch and discussed with branch Manager Ms Aarti Nathali. She assured me not to worry and she will take care of this matter. May 2015, June 2015, July 2015, Aug 2015 went smooth. But on 2 September 2015, I again received the letter from ICICI bank, mentioning about Lien on my account towards the unpaid outstanding dues and mentioning that within 10 days of time span they will deduct this amount from my account. I went to bank, they again assured that she is working upon it and not to worry.
                        On 15 September 2015, I again received the letter, In which they mentioned that,
                        “ We have execersied the act of Bankers Lien by debiting your ICICI Bank Saving / Current Account[protected] for Rs 22, 857.23 /- on the September 15, 2015 and have credit the monies towards the outstanding dues on your ICICI Bank Credit Card.”
                        I again contacted bank manager, She assured me that she is in contact with head office and trying to recover my money, She assured me that She has received the mail from Head office, Collecteion team that they will reverse the amount.
                        For next 2-3 months she was simply giving the excuse that, It was Festive Season, She is having Audit in Branch, She is on Training, Concerned person is not available at Mumbai office and many others. But after some time she said sorry and said that she is not capable enough to recover the amount and she refered me to her Sn Manager and Credit Card Collection Manager.
                        After listening the matter and examining the things, They asked me to wait for Few days and said that they will do the best whatever will be possible at their end.
                        But after 10 days time they reverted that, they all are helpless and nothing has been done in such matter. They accepted and mentioned that My problem is Genuine and should be resolved but their Senior officers had denied and had refused for refund and resolve the matter.
                        Few of ICICI people suggested me the way to recover the amount by taking fresh and new Credit Card and not to pay from day one, Few suggested me to go of some OD limits to recover from ICICI and Few suggested me to contact Omburdsperson and complain in RBI.
                        From day One I was ready to make the payment subject to present the proof of my concent, Payment of Rs 22 thousand or Rs 5 thousand are not a big issues, but imposing such dictatorship is wrong .I have feeling very helpless and not able to understand that such dictatorship is still going on and no one is here to resolve my complain.
                        Every time when I discuss with any of the branch official, It seems, I am begging in front of them. IS IT SO !!!
                        I need your help to kindly do the justice.

                          I applied for a ICICI credit card and received confirmation fro delivery lats month. But the card is yet to be delivered at my office address.
                          I keep receiving mails stating- unable to deliver without any particular reason.
                          I tried raising service request and mailing complains to customer care. But No revert.

                            Hi,
                            Kiran Mohare here, ICICI bank has issued credit card of me but i didnt receive it. The courier company Blue dart showed that "Incorrect address" message. Also tried to contact customer care but couldent make it.

                            Please look into this and help me.

                              I have recently received my credit card. Here are my concerns.

                              1. My mobile number registered is incorrect. Instead, the mobile no. of the reference has been registered.
                              As a result, I am not being able to connect with customer care and I am not receiving any alerts from your side. I want it to be rectified ASAP, as I have filled the application form duly.
                              2. I received a call from your CCE Mr. Maninder regarding optional charges of Rs. 1, 999 out of the blue which was not mentioned anywhere earlier. I do not want to avail this facility and need confirmation on the same from your side.
                              3. I received another email stating my PIN has been delivered, but unfortunately to some wrong address.
                              If this is how ICICI Credit Cards Team responds, I would instead wish to cancel my Card. kindly resolve the aforementioned concerns at the earliest and keep me posted on my number as mentioned above.

                              Dear customer we request you if you want to change your mobile number via online mode you have to send these details i.e Debit Card number, Issue date your date of birth registered with us.After submitting the details our phone banking manager will get in touch you instantly

                                I Ashok Kumar reddy Accounted in SBI acno:[protected] and my friend saritha reddy accounted Icici acno:[protected], she had tranfer money on DEC 25 2015 to my SBI account .she made transfer money three times
                                Value date 25/12/2015 transition date 28/12/2015 transition remarks MMT/[protected]/*970. Credited 10000 in SBI
                                Value date 25/12/2015 transition date 28/12/2015 transition remarks MMT/[protected]/*970 Credited 20000 in SBI
                                Value date 25/12/2015 transition date 28/12/2015 transition remarks MMT/[protected]/*970 20000 not credited in SBI
                                1and 2 transition credited in SBI and last transition not credited in SBI and debited in icici transition
                                Already complaint raised but not yet sloved its already 42 days completed to whom should I complaint on that DEC 25 my grand mother had operation if this in convince if any thing happen on that day due to Money to whom should I ask.

                                  Deduction for minimum balance charges

                                  Sir/Madam,
                                  I am Pratyush Vardhan, holding an ICICI b/a :[protected]. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying me. While opening the account I was told that there will not be any charges whatsoever if i maintain balance more than 10000. Please clarify and reverse the charges as soon as possible.

                                  I am writing this with lots of disappointment.

                                  I regret to inform that there was unauthorized transaction was taken place from my A/C by ICICI Bank. This has been already reported to ICICI on 22/01/2016 with SR[protected] as well as SR[protected] with Mr. Ram from Hyderabad. It has already been 2 weeks since it was reported, I haven't received any updates from ICICI. Even I followed up on 31/01 with Imran as well, however I got response from him that your request is still under investigation

                                  I can't expect from ICICI doing such unethical and unofficial transaction without any consent.

                                    I am writing this with lot of disappointment.

                                    I regret to inform that my regular payment (ECS) toward TATA capital finance (a/c #[protected] has been returned today ( 06/02/2015) due to insufficent account balance ( #[protected]. However, i have kept enough amount available in my personal savings account balance with ICICI bank to meet my obligation on time.

                                    This is really a bad time inconvenience since it has a direct impact on cibil scoring system and my repayment history too.

                                    Please assist to check the actual reason of return & make immediate payment. Also, rectify the dunning history on cibil because i would not want any impact.

                                    I need a written letter from the bank with justification & rectification action taken.
