[Resolved] ICICI Bank — debited amount from icicibank cc, but not transfered to concerned authority

Today i have paid amount of Rs.40494.38 from my icicibank cc(no.4477...4004) to an education institution but in the process the web showed as payment gateway error. so the amount is transfered to my credit card or not.whether i have to pay again the same amount towards fee or not. tomorrow is the last date.so please suggest your kind advice.
