Hi Team,
I am raising this complain against ICICI Bank for the unsuccessful transaction.
The sum of RS. 3000 was deducted from the account at PNB atm CP, New Delhi on 22nd April 2023.
The transaction was marked successful but money was not dispensed from the machine.
I tried raising a complain to the company but the resolution was not given and the grievance was closed.
Requesting you to please take a look and get the needful done.
