[Resolved] ICICI Bank — debited amount without resolving query | |||
Already raised sr[protected], but it was closed without resolving properly. Hence raised new sr[protected]. Amt was debited from my account with ref id, how can you simply close my sr by replying declined by merchant..? Who has taken my amount. As my banker you have to answer it.. My amount was debited and u jave the ref no through which it got debited. How can merchant decline that... Your reply is gross irresponsible. And without intimating me you have gone to the extent of debiting my credit card by saying reversal of amount. Who permitted you to do that. Is this the way you behave with 8 years old customer..?
