[Resolved] ICICI Bank — debited my account with 17700 towards terminal balance recovery without any intimation | |||||
My current account no.[protected] with icici bank. Mid 97017074 My account has been debited by rs 17700 on 30th may 2018. Narration given is terminal balance recovery. I hold icici gps (Swiping machine) since nov 2017. I had paid the rent of amount 7800 for it for 12 months i. E till nov 2018. On 30th may 2018, my account was debited with 17700 and the reason given by icici merchant team are A) machine has remained idle for 45 days B) was given reminder regarding the same However i did not receive any letter or intimation from icici merchant team regarding the same. Moreover i also visited the icici branch asking for process to surrender the swiping machine which the bank branch failed to provide. So considering the above scenario i would want icici merchant to make refund in good faith of rs 17700 and would like to surrender the swiping machine at the earliest.
