ICICI Bank — debited the account but cash not received | |||
Respected sir, As per the system generated below mail, i have a sbi saving bank account ([protected]) and i was withdrawn the amount rs. 6500/- from icici bank atm having id sacw9157 on dated 27.09.2017 at 20.14. But i have received only rs. 500/-, but my account had been debited of rs. 6500/-. Subsequently i have made a complaint on sbi toll free number on the same day and give all the transaction details having with ticket number [protected]. Now as per the rules, maximum 7 days required to take the necessary action and resolving the problem, but already more than 15 days is over, still my problem is ideal after giving reminder to reminder. I humbly request you to take appropriate action to the concern department and resolve the problem with all loss as soon as possible. Waiting for you reply.
