[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Debiting my account on the basis of forged document | |||||
On the basis of a forged document where the signature/handwriting are not, ICICI Bank debited my account no.[protected] on 08.12.2015 with Rs. 571.36 in spite of my pre-debit alert. They cannot evade responsibility for this fraud by merely refunding the amount as depositors' interest is at stake. This instance of criminal negligence needs be reported to RBI. Please take up.
