ICICI Bank — deducted amount 790 inr from account as dp charges

Hi, My Name is Murali Mohan and I have salaried account from ICICI. While issuing Debit card they also issued demat account Card which i refused to take and also I never activated it to use but still ICIC bank charged 790 rs my debit card with any intimation. I checked my mail and inbox for the confirmation but i never seen any message related to this. They just deducted immediately when i got my salary.
