ICICI Bank — Deducted amount from saving bank in the name of DP CHGS charges

ICICI Bank deducted some amout through my account without any mail or msg regarding SMAB charges and DP C HGS charges. And they are not willing to refund those charges me back. Spoke representative Satish (+91 [protected]) has stopped answering my calls. Such a disappointment from ICICI Team. Please note: I'm using ICICI account from 4 years and never asked to open any Demat account. representative Satish (+91 [protected]) has stopped answering my calls. I'm ready to raise a FIR/Cyber crime complain on deducting amount from saving account without account holder's permission. Its been 15 days I'm struggling to get my money back.
