ICICI Bank — Deducted Surcharges without intimation

My account has been deducted from my ICICI bank savings account. The message is like "surcharge dt:04/09/23 MCC 4112". Why? I had asked to icici bank's representative but he told me that it is surchage of IRCTC but it is not true because IRCTC is not taking any surcharges other than the tickets, all charges already included in the ticket's final price. I request you to kindly revert my money and check this matter. I have checked online and there are so many complaints on the internet regarding the same issue. Please help, and also inform the banks not to debit any amount unnecessarily. All money is really hard-earned. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
