[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Deducting money more than once for the same cause | |||
Am the A/c holder of icici bank i am having a zero balance a/c, They have charged Picdcd charge Rs.573.85 on 22.08.2016. when I asked for the same they said this is for debit card charges. now They charged Rs.172.50 on 26.08.2016 for D Card fee with out giving me prior sms/notice/information/email. I am not aware what type of charges are these. They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter. Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without prior information. Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want. If the ICICI bank will not give me valid reason or credit the amount, I am going to close my sb account soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
