[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — deducting nmmab charges without informing and even after maintaining minimum balance

I would like to raise two issues.

Issue (1) ICICI Bank has been deducting nmmab chg without prior notice or information for the reason for deduction.

Issue (2) nmmab chg (1, 180+gst) has been deducted even after maintaining the minimum balance.

Explanation:
Issue (1) ICICI Bank has been deducting nmmab chg without prior notice or even after deduction. This has happened for the past 5months. I understand that this deduction is to maintain minimum balance transaction. But there is no clear communication for the reason for this transaction. I spoke to ICICI customer care & also the branch where I have opened the account. Not sure why but I customer care didn't provide details regarding the minimum balance details. Again I spoke to local branch to get the minimum balance details.

Issue (2) After talking to customer care and local branch people I added minimum balance amount and still they have deducted these charges this month.

I agree there is minimum balance maintenance needed for any account. But these charges are huge and it will be good if you can encourage giving prior notifications for the customers before taking such action. I almost lost around 6000 rupees just for these charges.
