I am Sidagam Naveen babu. 332.57 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JAN-22) on 24-FEB-2022. Which I did not ask when I was opening account (I don't even know about Demat Account, how to use it and what is it about) but the icici representative stated that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and he convinced me that I can use it in feature. But he isn't told me that it will be charged which I don't want(I have not used till now).
If this service is going to charge me they have to remind or intimate before, so that I can cancel or close that service and with out any prior information or sms alert the money was deducted from my account. Even after the deduction I did not get any notification. Today when I check my account I found it and this is the second time, last year also the money was debited but I don't understand on that time. Also, at the time of opening bank account bank representative we will be giving some shares it was at free of cost and he made me to pay around 500 I said I don't want but he forced me to do that though I didn't not got any shares when I checked my imobile app and how your guy would create damat account without any prior information by using my own PAN card number. This is completely unacceptable
Please refund my total amount deducted from starting and close that service or Demat Account.
