Hi, My name is shubham pandey, I have 2 credit card from icici with merge limit, last month I got a insurance from a 3rd party company for 45600 which was deducted from my limit, after that I cancelled the insurance, and that amount was refunded and my limit was restored. as the bill was generated I called and asked do I still have to make the payment for the bill generated as the deduction was refunded, the executive asked me to make a payment as bill was generated and asked me to call back after that so he can refund that amount or as I mentioned that I have to use that money to make payment on my other credit card so he proposed an idea that he'll transfer that amount from one card to another. to which I agreed, after making payment I called him and asked him to reimburse the amount to which he took a request and my extra paid amount was transferred to my other credit card. Now I have received a late fees charges on the same account. I called them they took a request but now they are saying that we won't be able to refund that amount as you asked for transfer after the payment. after going back and forth, the person agreed to raise a request for refund. but also told me the GST wont be refunded. why I will pay even 100rs extra if I made my payment on time. This is not a professional way of handling any customer, I have always made my payments on time. I have been using credit card for more than 1 years now. I had axis card from which I never got any issues like these.
