ICICI Bank — Deduction for a failed transaction | |||
On 9th August 2021 I made on line payment to Chennai Metropolitan Water Supplies and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) for Rs 1323/- The transaction status came as fail. Made subsequent transaction which came as success. The two transaction IDs are[protected] and[protected]. One is fail and one is success . ICICI had deducted twice. Written to CMWSSB and they sent a mail to my ID of the amount received in Aug from me. This is in September which is beyond 7 days from the date of transaction as needed by ICICI. Sent this mail to ICICI. Request you to return Rs 1323/- to my SB account as this transaction is failed. I am a senior citizen and my pension itself approx Rs 1321/- only. So refund the RS 1323/- to my SB account Was this information helpful? | |||
