ICICI Bank — Deduction for minimum balance charges

Sir/Madam,
I am Pratyush Vardhan, holding an ICICI b/a :[protected]. My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges, that bank has debited from my account without even notifying me. While opening the account I was told that there will not be any charges whatsoever if i maintain balance more than 10000. Please clarify and reverse the charges as soon as possible.


The charges over the last 1 year has been exorbitant even though I have maintained balance of more than 10k per month. The bank doesn't even inform me of the charges neither do i receive account statements for the same. I think ICICI bank is not even following the guidelines mentioned by RBI.

Please take Suitable action in the matter as i was looking for few investments into my account about which I am getting skeptical.
