ICICI Bank — deduction from account without any intimation.

Hi,
From my account, there was an deduction of inr 25.00 without any reason... It was described in the statement as atmdec chg/[protected]/4349. From internet i found that, this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. And how come this charge can be levied to me. That's the problem with the atm right... Please do resolve it.

Hi Team,
I have account with ICICI for last 14 years and I am currently in USA for last 1 year.When i logged in to my account using online banking got the message that account is blocked for KYC norms.Please let me know how I can update the KYC document online at the earliest.
