[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Deduction from my account without any reason

Icici bank is deducting money from my account without any reason, whenever I check my statement it says ATD-0xxRTNCHGSAUG21GST which we don't understand.
Whenever I try to reach there customer care executive using I mobile app they didn't gave any response even the number provided in there website is a chargable number which only make you talk with there voice assistance which is of no use, it is only there for making your call longer so that they can earn some money using there customer care number.
