ICICI Bank — Deduction huge amount without notification | |
Within 4 days about 10030 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~28DEC20~925a405~[protected] to NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~28OCT20~33ccfc5~[protected] total 17 times 590 INR without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. I active my account after 6 month because of job loss in covid i return back . i mail to ICICI before leaving my ompany for closing my NRI account because of i am not using. after that now i start again on 6 november 2021. What the hell wrong with icici bank. What is this transaction purpose? Three time it has been same with me within 4 days. I want a strong reply from your side dear icici bank.
