ICICI Bank — deduction of amount 590

My self mohammed nadeem hussain on April 9th deduction of 590 from my account so many email to icici bank regarding this deduction of money till now there is no response due to covid we don't have money for living then deducting money from account please help me to get this amount .
I can understand due to covid reason some staff are not working you can email some many times I email you and tweet you also I thought that Aditya Birla has debited the amount but they clearly stated that it is deducted by icici bank and it is waived off please refund my money as soon as possible.
