No Result Came out of this complaint, I visited the branch did not get any satisfactory reply from ICICI, how I will get my money back which ICICI bank has taken without any information. This account i was using to get my salary every month from my previous organization, from 2015 to july 2016, then i lost the job and not using this account, i got the job again in the month of oct 2017, and my salary has started getting transferred in the same account, before using this account i confirmed from the icici bank salary account executive and intimated him about the same that i was not using this account for long time, hope if i will keep the fund there will not be any deduction, i sent him my account number for re-verification, he came to our office and confirmed that yes there will not be any deduction from this account if you will continue with the same account. Yesterday i deposited a cheque an amount of r. 4897/- and today they had deducted the entire charges against mab charges. Just for information if you have salary account with them still they charge for neft/imps, rest none of the bank is not charging. Sir/madam, i am not in receipt of single sms/mail at there end that my account is chargable if i will not use the same for a long time. The executive from banks calls you 10 times a day for loan etc, but none of them will call you that you need to maintain the balance. My account has been debited by rs. 4897/ on 03 jan 2018 as per below details. Mab charges jul 17 : 703 Mab charges sep 17 : 702 Mab charges sep 17 :701 Mab charges oct 17 :700 Mab charges jun 17 :693 Mab charges nov 16 :690 Mab charges dec 16 :.56 Deduction is something different, but there is no sms on amount deduction on my account, there is no otp which bank required if they directly would like to deduct the money from an individual account. Is there a right of banks for the deduction of amount without any information. I am ready to fight with the bank as this is my hard earned money, bank cannot deduct like this without any information.
