I am sorry to inform that Rs 30000/- has been deducted from my SB account no[protected] on 31.12.2015 without my consent or instruction.
I had tried to lodge complaint in the branch where my saving bank account is i. e ICICI bank sec 119, Noida(, IFSC code ICIC0002506 ). They suggested to lodge complaint with customer care .I had tried to lodge complaint on customer care, but Mr Pramod from customer care has refused to entertain complaint. He agreed to register (SR[protected] after a lot of persuasion by branch official, which is really a sad affair. I failed to understand for what purpose these customer care personnel are posted, pl. clarify.
I had contacted both Sector-119 branch . They suggested to contact ICICI Prulife . ICICI Prulife told to contact Sector 119 Noida Branch.The whole affair is one of the worst service that a consumer like me has suffered form a prestigious bank like ICICI without any fault of consumer.
I request all concerned including top boss of ICICI to see the working affairs running in your bank & direct all concerned for immediate reversal of deducted amount . They told that it will be done in 4 working days, which means two weeks time. Who will pay the interest amount. The bank should pay interest amount & penalty for the poorest affair working in your branch /system which resulted in mental harassment & loosing of trust .
