[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Deduction of rupees 1899 from my savings account

It's been twice already that bank has deducted my 1899 rupees and in my pass book it is written that it was due to some kind of renewal of scheme. I don't even remember when i agreed to pay for any scheme that existed, clearly this is misuse of authority and i am really disappointed with the bank. I remember getting a call from the employee and explaining some stuff, which i didn't even understand. Angel just asked me whether i understood or not and i said yes, there was no such mention of money being deducted or taken. But then they suddenly take away money for some scheme... This is fraud according to me and everything must be explained before engaging such schemes with customers. Also bank has no such authority to take money from my account without consent or proper information
