[Resolved] ICICI Bank — deduction was done from my bank account but i didn't receive payment

Transaction id no 421024 and 541066 dated 13 september 2017 rupee 5000 and 5000 was deducted from my bank account but payment was not receive plz give me complete information regarding above transaction id to my email id [protected]@gmail.com and my mobile number [protected], [protected] and reverse my amount back immediately in my icici bank account

After long time I tried to login my internet banking than I am facing problem invalid user ID after I that I tried for generate new one and fill all required info I am getting successfully user ID on mobile but I am not getting yet.how to get my user ID and password ?
