[Resolved] ICICI Bank — deduction without permission

Last year your customer care executive called me and just asked me to answer "yes yes" and then you guys deducted 1899 rupees for some service which i didn't even asked for. Today again you deducted 1899 rupees for the same. Please refund my whole amount 3798 rupees. I don't want any service. This is highly unprofessional and fraud thing to do with any customer you guys deducted amount without my consent and now no one is showing up for help.
