[Resolved] ICICI Bank — delay account charges debited | |
I never asked for a demat account and i was given with one without my authorization and after two years of me not using even for a single time a charge of 826 had been levied. Upon enquiry i found it was demat charges and was told to contact bank for closing the account and once closed the charges will be refunded. The closing of account was a hectic process which i had no option but do it. Now i learn that only a partial amount will only be credited back and not the entire 826.
