ICICI Bank — delaying for clearing the cheque

I have submitted a cheque in your meham (Icic0003825) branch on 23rd august.
But till day (11th sept) the cheque was not clear. When i asked this, your bank officers didn't tell me the truth for delay the cheque.
They were very rude and shouted on me. I don't know, where to go, who will listen my complain? Who will be the interest for delaying the cheque clearance?
Can you tell me the truth and let me know the reason for delaying the cheque clearance and will you pay the interest? What action will you taken against the meham branch officers?
