[Resolved] ICICI Bank — delhi metro card (debit) not working- [protected] | |||||
I have been following with DMRC and ICICI Bank since past 5 months to resolve my card issue which i am not able to use but the matter is being unheard and unattended since long. Please find attached image of card at DMRC station which clearly shows that card is blocked but as per bank and DMRC card is working fine. It seems that either they don't wish to resolve or they don't know the process to resolve such queries. Whatever is the situation i am the one who is suffering since long.
