[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Delivery of ATM Card | |||
1. If the new atm card is requested, then there is no way to reach customer care associate at ICICI bank. Because it asks for the pin to go ahead and with the new atm card pin too is delivered. So, in short one is unable to reach customer care over the phone, which is a very painful thing. Because of this, had to visit branch office. 2. Needed the atm card on which every thing was dependent. atm card was not delivered at the requested location. The courier comes at any time they want, which is too inconvenient. Asked them to come before 10 am, but they plainly refused. In this case, there should have been arrangement to send the parcel at the icici branch, which I requested.
