ICICI Bank — Demat account closure and transfer | |
This is with reference to my demat account closure and transfer request which is not being properly addressed by icici bank in delibrate attempt to harm customer interest during covid19 times. I have already visited the demat help desk branch and submitted request with - Sr[protected], along-with cmr copy of my new demat account. The request has been rejected by icici citing - “ cml has to be in crystal format”. This is ridiculous as my customer provides cmr only for transfer which i have already shared through email and physical copy as well. I am being harnessed and subjected to undue monetary loss and complication by icici bank against my will. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |
