Dear ICICI BANK, I am Rahul Nautiyal. My hard earned money has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. When i contacted ICICI customer care they told i have demat account with ICICI direct. I never opened any Demat account with ICICI direct. I only have demat account with zerodha. This demat account has been opened by ICICI without notifying me. I have never given consent to open my account. I even did not receive any message of this deduction or demat account opening message. On 28 April 2023, i was just checking transactions of my account and found that Rs 826.00/- deducted as DMC/DP CHGS TILL Mar-23. Stupid Work by ICICI There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. Many customers have already reported the same fraud. please take immediate action on this. Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank Was this information helpful?
