I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.
I need justice and my money back immediately. My Account Number is[protected].
I have raised the complaint one year back and asked to close my demat account and submitted my request to the branch.
There is no update on that still this worst ICICI bank is charging the customer. There is no response to the mail. I have sent 5 mail regarding, to check on the demat charge.

I know ICICI bank will not call. Three months I raised customer complaints asking for IT certificate for a loan account since there was no response from customer care.
Whenever I call to customer care they will decline call after few min wait.
Please take this serious action on ICICI bank now a days bank service is very worst and trying to take customer money.
I will close my saving account in ICICI bank. I don't want to keep any relationship with ICICI bank.
There are similar several issues from so many customers telling without information Demat account is opened just to take the amount from the customer.
