[Resolved] ICICI Bank — demat | |||
I have faced 2 deductions of 365.64 and 439.36 i. E. A total of inr 805. I didn't receive any notification on my registered mobile number. I never opened any demat account. These people have opened it themselves. Customer care asks to go to home branch, home branch asks to go to bigger branch. Bigger branch says we cannot give the money back and will charge inr 800 even for deactivation. Called customer care again, explained the problem, the lady tried to manipulate me. When i didn't agree she acted as if she could not hear my voice although i could hear her properly. So i want my money back. It's my hard earned money. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
