Demat charges are getting deducted every year. According to them i opted for demat service. But i have not. I have given written application to close my demat account and refund the amount deducted. Amount was refunded but the account was not closed.
Again in 2018 and 2019 charges have been deducted.
And there is no solution for this in online customer care. As one has to visit the branch.
Now my point is i am already investing in mutual fund but through other source. If i would have started icici demat service i would have transacted through that account.
But the bank official just to earn incentive start any service according to their will.
And surprisingly they can start service on online customer care but to stop that and to get the amount refunded which is being deducted unnecessarily, customer has to visit the branch. Was this information helpful? |
Then your bank is saying it will be done by the customer case and your customer care is saying it will be done by bank.
Very nice way to irritate customer so that finally one would stop following

Pathetic service and the last option which u leave to your customers is to close the account.
