[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Denial of return of my flat papers

ICICI bank , Home loan department, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

My loan is cleared, thus want my flat documents back but bank is not providing me any valid reason nor documents . Although I have provided all required proofs and papers asked for submission. My documents are dispatched and kept in bank and as per my knowledge it will be sent back after few days if not handed in time.
