[Resolved] ICICI Bank — did not deduct loan emi on due date and charged 59 as bounce charges, 472 rs as a overdue charges!

Hi all,
I have taken the personal loan from icici and due date for payment is 10th of every month, on 10th feb 2018 they did not deduct the loan emi.
I have waited for two more days, still they did not deduct, so i have manually paid the loan emi through net banking on 12th feb 2018.
On next day, i. E 13th feb 2018, they have deducted 50 as bounce charge and 4.5 + 4.5 as cgst, sgst, and 472 rs as overdue charges on my loan account.

When i sent an email to customer care regarding this, their answer was like
Emi date presented on 13th feb and required balance not available in your account so we have deducted the money.

They did not check the payment and charged 59 rs as bounce charge from my account, added 472 rs as overdue on my loan account.

For their mistake i was charged 531 rs.

It is a big loop hole in their system and they are not agreeing it.
Kindly help me here.
