I attempt to recharge my Jio No [protected] through UPI(BHIM) app and Rs 349/- had been deducted and it is shown that the same amount is deposited against [protected]@icici.But still the recharged is not done..Please kindly take necessary action or return my sum as soon as possible..

I attach the details herewith and attach screenshot of the transaction.

    I am Prasanta Mandal.         Greetings

        I am having my salary account in ICICI bank. But a few days back Rs 50 was deducted from my salary account and when I looked into my mini statement it was described under ATMDEC CHG/17-10-17/8136.
        From the Internet, i found that this charge was due to ATM's not having enough cash. If ATM is not having enough amount why should I charge?

        Please look into the matter and do the needful in this regard at earliest.

          Sir,

          My account was dormant from past 5 years as i want not in country, i visit the branch to activate my account and issue a new cheque book. Till date not recvd any cheque book.

          Further when my account got activated i transfer funds of rs. 150000/- to start the operations. To my surprise my account was charged with mab of rs. 9000/- approx. After visiting the branch i was told that these are all back end charges and cannot be reversed. Neither i was told by the executive that your account will be charged with charges or else i would not have reactivated the same and would have opened a new one.

          I was suggested by the bank to remove the funds of rs. 141000/- immediately or else the system will debit more charges.

          The staff who activate my account from dormant to active did not told me about any mab chages.

          After various complaints no resolution is taken

          My money got deducted without my acknowledge all because o[censored]r irresponsibility
          Hi last night i just made a transaction of Rs. 10000 from i mobile app of ICICI bank . when i type my pin it shows that sorry this request can not be processed, but it deducted amount from my account.
          So please refund my balance that is Rs. 10000
          Horrible customer service and now this is possibly the worst bank ever to deal with.Their customerservice used to be friendly and much better.Now they have become mechanical and unfriendly.Very very poor customer service.

            From what i have read in response to other complains, i understand that the posdec charge applies when the card is used at a merchants' when the balance is insufficient. However, my statement shows posdec as of 20-feb-2018 when i have not swiped the card anywhere and neither has any transactions been rejected at any merchants' recently?

            Can the bank please advise what other reason could it be that my account shows posdec?

              wrong sms regarding loan on my mobile.

              Sir,
              I am receiving a sms message on my mobile from your icici bank that emi of rs 9850 is due on[protected] and pay the amount early for a/c no lbmum[protected]. Sir i am receiving this message every month.
              I am to bring to your notice that i have taken no loan from icici bank on the above said account. Please check and correct your phone record and send message to concern person.

                    It has been observed that some credit card unauthorized transaction happened using my ICICI back credit card [protected] @ the web site tidebuy.com. I received the SMS over the phone and also to my registered email saying “Your ICICI Bank Credit Card XXXX1007 has been used for a transaction o[censored]SD 644.77 at tidebuy.com(February 19, 2018; 02:21:53 hrs.). Available credit balance on your card is Rs. 2, 33, 514.02 and total credit limit is Rs. 2, 76, 000.00.”.

                    Immediately after 30 minutes of receiving the email I Called customercare card service and blocked my card and they forwarded my call to the credit fraud section and raised the complaint with the SR NO. SR[protected]. Since its credit card transaction, early notification is to avoid the payment, and the executive from credit card department made this as unauthorized and said I don’t need to worry about this transaction, it will not be added to my bill and said transaction is blocked.

                    Since I am into software too I know how cyber hacks happening in the current world Irrespective of that too it happened to me. I never shared my crard number to any unauthorized sites other than major websites like Amazaon, flipkart, peppery, uber and OLA.

                    As per the protocol from the bank I have been told to register the complaint personally by providing the necessary documents. Hence I am submitting this complaint along with my credit card Xerox, ID proof and email copy which I received.

                    For safer side I sent a mail to third party websited (tidebuy.com) and mentioned about this credit card fraud.

                    I already submitted the relevant documents to ICICI Bank, JP Nagar Branch, Bangalore India. Here is the attached acknowledgement and other documents i am attaching.

                    I neither shared my card details to any one nor orally informed. It's bank responsibility to maintain the security of customers. How do they allow transaction without any password or OTP. This is a chip based card bank should never allow unauthorized transactions without validity of the card. They said international transaction doesnt require any authentication. Just by entering the card number or CVV how they allow to use their own customer card for huge money transaction. then where is the question of security to our card, we are using our card at different place like medical store, hotels etc. they might just garb the card number and cvv number and disclose it to unauthorizied people for money.

                    Without authenticating any thing they made this transaction.

                    I realized this fraudulent transaction immediate after 30mins of transaction so I have asked to customer support and fraud department to stop they payment. It's bank responsibility not to encourage these kind of transactions.

                    I am requesting the bank to please cancel the transaction and take necessary steps.

                    Please request you to take the necessary actions and made this unauthorized transaction not billed. Still biller never approached the bank for payment.
                    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    today just observed that this transaction is charged in my current statement also some markup charges + GST. Its unfair to do all these. Bank representative told wait for couple of days and said it will be credited back till final call.

                    I am hoping every thing goes fine. As per RBI identification of Fraud transaction should be informed within three days for liable . I informed about this fraudulent within 30 mins to block this transaction to the merchant.

Wrong aaya aur na hi mujhe decline ka koi msg mila aur na hi koi bhi call,,, plz mere complain pe dhyan dete huye kuchh karwahi ki jay nhi to ye log aise hi aur logo ka a/c open krte rahenge aur unko bewakuf batate rahenge.

                          Icici bank doing fool of their customer by applying charges. When your interested to take credit card, they will come up with offers and later when your using will come up with this charges and that charges.

                          I have charged with auto debit charges 450 rs. And late payment fees 500 rs.
                          And this charges are applied for due amount of 2000 rs.

                            Hello,

                            Icici has debited rs. 900 from my account in last 4 months without giving any notification to me, as smab charge & i was totally unaware of this.

                            Icici bank don't send any alert.

                            If you don't give notification about what's in customers interest... Then why you people send useless promotions & offer sms everyday to customers like us..
                            You can't send such important information to customers just becaz you are earning money from that.

                            Shall i go to consumer forum against this?

                              I have got call from agent regarding credit card he promised me so many things & told that after your first bill we will provide the gifts
                              And charges are adjusted in next billing cycle initially they told me thre is no charges for card no joining and no annual fees
                              But they charged me joining fees after 3 months also i have not received any gifts neither my joining fee is adjusted and that guy is fooling me. Please take action against such peoples person name is sachin [protected] who is contacting me i want my joining fees back and also promo offers which is promised

                                I tried to withdrawal rs 10000 from pnb atm but i didn't get amount and the amount deducted from the account on 9th feb 2018, time 15:19 hrs. Transaction declined, got response from atm machine.

                                Registered the complain with sr nos.: sr[protected], i was to told to get update within 7 days, but there is no response until now. I didn't receive any information or amount.

                                    Hi, i have done recharge of 399₹ for jio payment my money was debited from account but i didn't got recharge. I have already talked with bank they said it's debited and jio team is saying payment was not received.
                                    While recharging through upi i got a request from [protected]@icici for 399₹ and same is paid ref. Attached image.

                                    I have already complained against ICICI POSDEC CHG...They deducted the amount from my bank account more than 12times on December 2017...since its been three months they didn't take any steps to refund my amount...My current balance is zero but they didn't take any step to refund my amount...Kindly help me to get back my amount soon...

                                      Dear sir, on 15th evening around 6.30 pm, i tried removing rs.500/- from an atm using my icici bank debit card placed at the arrival lounge of the domestic terminal at santacruz airport. A message appeared that no cash available at the machine to dispense, and the transaction stands cancelled. As a matter of security i pressed the cancel (Red) button and waited till the screen showed that the transaction was cancelled.

                                      When i was in my residence around 9pm, i received four sms messages stating that an amount of rs.40, 094.94 (Including gst) were debited (By 4 separate transactions of rs.10, 023.60 each) between 9.12pm and 9.16 pm.

                                      I immediately called the icici bank customer service and blocked my debit card. I was issued a service request no. Sr[protected] and was directed to give a filled in customer dispute form next day, which i did on 16th february at the icici bank dindoshi branch. Along with the duly filled form also submitted 1) my self certified copies of aadhaar card, front side of the blocked debit card. I was advised to get an fir lodged and submit the copy with the bank. Accordingly, i made a complaint and handed over a copy of the same.

                                      I am informed it will take 19 days to do an internal investigation done. It is too long to wait for 19 days as it is hard earned money. Pls help to expedite.

                                      When i have dropped a money from teller machine without my knowledge 1000 has been detected from account balance stating that "NFS*CASH WDL*09". Please help me resolve this issue and please make sure to this wont happened in future.
