I have a saving account with icic bank. The bank automatically made 30 (Approx) deductions of 118 inr as posdec chg amounting a loss of rupees 3800 (Approx) from my account. The bank executives were of no help and blamed me for trying to use the card at online pos merchant without having any money in the account which resulted in transaction failed charges. I didn't receive any sms or email of such failed transactions. I had received some amount on 26 feb 2018 and on the same day the bank deducted the above mention amount automatically and no alert was given for the same. I want all the deductions made on 26th as posdec chg to be refunded and also want the bank to alert me of failed transactions due to insufficient funds as i can avoid these annoying deductions.

    This is pushparaj krishnan and my savings account[protected] with icici bank and *i got pre-approved offer to apply coral credit card on february 15th, 2018.

    I took the chance and applied through internet banking and got sr[protected], icici credit card application ref. No [protected]. I have called phone banking customer care on the same day to inform that i won't be available in india until 22nd of february 2018 due to traveling abroad, if in case icici bank customer care calls me regarding credit card. I have indicated phone banking officer everything clearly before leaving the country. He answered me it will take 15 working days so no worries.

    Today 27th of february 2018, i called phone banking officer to check the status of my coral credit card and i shock to hear that application got rejected due to kyc not received on 22nd february 2018. I'm here to say how can you just reject without talking to me or without collecting kyc as i clearly indicate your phone bank officer before leaving country. *i'm have proof of my passport copy and immigration stamp which will help you to understand i was not in india during the time and i never know i should submit kyc. All i excepted i would get my credit card right away.

    Here, i am request you please reopen my application and collect the kyc from me as you know how hard it is to earn pre-approved offers from the bank. I kindly request you please do the needful things as i'm here in india. Thank you

    I have called phone banking officer today to explain my story. Mr. Vijay told me that my SR number is under process and wait few more days to know the status, so which means other day I called your customer care and got wrong information from someone about my application.

      I had done 349 jio recharge by using phonepe by using my upi account id and amount was detected from my bank account but i did not receive balance to my mobile number and no update was made regards balance of my number. So please resolve my problem as fast as possible and i am waiting for your reply

        Hi I am Abin Bovas icici acct no:[protected] . I have been using demat account for the past 1 year and during this time I had only sold share for just 1 time and DP charges are deducted consecutively for 2 days . Each day they deducted 826 rs accounting total to 1652 .
        I do want an explanation on how you could deduct this much amount on account of do and that too on consecutive days . Please help me with it

            And message is showing

            I called to customer care for this but a pre recorded tape is running there asking for debit card number.
            I enter my debit card number (16 digits) it is telling me that it is invalid number .

            I am not getting how to unblock my card...

            Sir, icici bank trouble me by forcefully sending me policy which i don't want they again sent me message to day i have made great mistake that i accept there credit card. I want that u please look into these matter so that they should not trouble me in future. And give me compansatio for my mental hand financial harrassment by icici bank. They want to cheat this bank is fraud. The sms is attach for your reference.

                Hello,

                This is venkatesh c, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/[protected] dp chgs till jan-18) dp charges on 26/02/2018.
                I have never activated and used my demat account till date. There was no prior notice. How do you deduct the amount without prior information? I didn't even get any message to my rmn. This is not at all acceptable.

                I need the deducted amount to be refunded to my bank account. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe or not.

                Need action on priority.

                  Yes, this bank is totally unjustified in the way they take away our funds from our savings accounts. Over the years, icic bank has taken away thousands of my money in the name of "non-maintence of minimum balance." today i had an amount of rs.2300 that came in for an emergency purpose. But the bank has mercilessly, unfairly taken away all the amount and has left me with '0' balance. How ridiculous it is! I am sure, the reserve bank of india does not approve of all this. I wonder, how can the bank charge us for not keeping our money in the bank! After all it is our money that the bank gets to use for their business! I hope, the reserve bank of india would soon intervene and help all the public get back their amount that has been unfairly taken away by banks like icici. Why is our nation india like this? This is becoming a place only for the rich and not the poor! Banks give billions of rupees loans to rich corporates and let them escape without paying, but shifts the burden on the laymen and people in the grassroots level. God have mercy on our nation!

                          My icici card (Salary account) was used for unauthorized transaction and an amount of rs 902 was deducted from my account on 28th jan 2018. When i checked the bank account statement, i found that the unauthorized transaction happened using payzapp (Hdfc application). I have reached out to the bank multiple times and also to the customer care raising the unauthorized debit on my account. Also i have submitted the dispute form as per the ask from the icici bank.

                          However after multiple customer calls and bank visits, my dispute was rejected stating that the transaction has occured through second level authentication (Which i am not aware of). The bank is not taking any responsibility and declining all my further requests. I have lost the hope in the icici bank as there is no security for the money in the account.

                            I had taken an education LOAN from ICICI Bank and after my graduation I could not find a job so I was not able to payback the LOAN EMI on time. Now I finally got a job and I wanted to settle the LOAN by a pre-closure settlement and so contacting the collection agency and told them about it and asked for like 10 days time. Unfortunately I couldn't get the amount ready during that period and so I asked them for some more time but they started calling me all day long and my office numbers event hough I attended every call of theirs. And when I asked them about this they said I'm a liar and cheat and that I will not pay the amount and so we will continue calling your office and torture you until you pay. This is completely unfair and a clear harassment. They call my relatives and office and say ### about me to my office colleagues. They didn't give me any of their details. But the guy who used to me harass me is 'Mayur' and this is his number [protected]. Please take action against these bloodsuckers. I've suffered a lot.

                              There are two unauthorized transactions on my credit card on[protected] for an amount of rs.320 and rs.640 for a merchant named streamgames.com, i neither received any otp for this nor authorized any transaction.

                              I have contacted the customer care on this and they registered a complaint with number sr[protected]. I have mailed them the scanned copy of the dispute form

                              This is a clear case of fraud. I need this to be thoroughly investigated.

                                  Sir, i recharge rs 349 of my jio number [protected] today at 3:09 pm through my BHIM UPI. But recharge is not successful though my money is debited and sms is received. I called in jio customer care but they told me that recharge was declined. Sir how can i get my refund.

                                    So for maturity amount claim, can you please issue that amount or guide me if anything else is required.
